Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Omarlux Vault service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via email or our member portal.

Omarlux Vault provides physical secure storage solutions including safe deposit boxes, private vault rooms, and specialized climate-controlled storage environments. All services are provided subject to availability, identity verification, and compliance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with 30 days written notice to affected clients.

To use our services you must be at least 18 years of age, provide valid government-issued identification satisfactory to us, pass our identity verification process (KYC), not be subject to economic sanctions or on any prohibited persons list, and agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Corporate clients must provide valid corporate documentation and authorized signatory information.

You agree to: maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach; use our services only for lawful purposes; not store any prohibited items including firearms, explosives, narcotics, or any material deemed illegal under applicable law; allow our staff to inspect storage areas where required by law or reasonable security concern; maintain current contact and payment information.

Service fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Overdue accounts accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee. Accounts 60+ days overdue may be subject to service suspension. Access to stored items will be provided for removal upon account closure subject to all outstanding amounts being settled. Prices are subject to annual review with 60 days notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omarlux Vault's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We maintain insurance coverage through Lloyd's of London; clients are encouraged to obtain their own additional contents insurance.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Omarlux Vault may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to maintain payment, or store prohibited items. Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your property during regular business hours. Items not retrieved will be subject to our abandoned property policy in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which your Omarlux Vault facility is located. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
